Candice Ralph —Brand Identity for 30 Park Place Robert A.M. Stern, Architect ∕ ’’

At the forefront of the boom of luxury residential towers, architect Robert A.M. Stern took his neoclassical style to TriBeCa. Residences were designed above a Four Seasons hotel for the ultimate luxury living experience.

Together with Corcoran Sunshine and Silverstein Properties, Mother Design developed a brand identity for 30 Park Place that was inspired by Stern's architecture and the interiors, creating a brand that felt like classic luxury with a modern twist.

A visual language was developed that worked across all media from stationary, books, bags, print ads, and website design, and 3D projection mapping and resulted in a unique, interactive Sales Gallery experience.

A large part of my process involves creating mood boards, a tool used to communicate with all people involved in the project, and especially helpful for clients to understand how their brand will feel. Once the inspirational visual world is agreed upon, all creative partners can have the same visual goals in mind.
