SkateQilya is a Palestinian youth empowerment program in the West Bank city of Qalqilya that uses skateboarding and art to teach community building and leadership skills. The program was launched in the summer of 2016 through the creation of a summer camp that included 11 boys and 11 girls in and around Qalqilya, a city completely surrounded by the Israel Wall. In a trapped-in community like Qalqiya, SkateQilya uses skateboarding to inspire these children's imaginations, community spirit, and perseverance so that they can keep flying.

SkateQilya is the first co-ed athletic program in that part of the West Bank.
