Selection of typefaces by the Sharp Type Company. Sharp Type is a digital typeface design studio based in New York City founded by Parsons alumnus Lucas Sharp and Chantra Malee. The studio produces custom and retail typefaces for print, digital, and environmental design; for brands, corporations, and publications. Sharp's third release, Ogg, won a Certificate of Excellence from the Type Directors Club (TDC) in 2014. In 2015, Sharp Type was commissioned by Michael Bierut and Pentagram to create a suite of original typefaces for the Hillary Clinton 2016 campaign, resulting in the newest iteration of their popular typeface Sharp Sans.
