As a designer, I am inspired by both nature and the city. For Spring 2017, I was drawn to the ocean. The jelly fish moves very gracefully creating beautiful patterns. This grace and the deep blues are found in this mysterious print that drapes around the body.
I focus on fabrics first. Fabrics can inspire a whole theme in terms of colors, textures, volume and transparency. The development phase involves a lot of research. From there I start draping with the actual fabric to realize my vision.
